After approval, you need to go to State of CT Department of Consumer Protection and complete online application. They have additional fees and will require certain documentation.
Once approved by the State of Connecticut, you will need to pick a medical marijuana dispensary. They can also assist you with state registration if you are struggling. Make sure to bring valid identification.

Your provider will explain the potential risks and benefits of the palliative use of marijuana or, where the patient lacks legal capacity, to the parent, guardian or other person having legal custody of the patient.
